There are two high speed trains from Shanghai to Huangshan (G1509: 08:42-13:15 / G1519: 18:07-22:15); from Huangshan to Shanghai (G1517: 08:14-12:22 / G1507: 13:50-17:56).
Besides, if you'd like to extend your tours to Guilin, you can take the direct flight. The flight is available on every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday in high season (May to October), and every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday in low season (November to April).
